Our health relies on the diet
that we take in our daily meals. If we are taking
a balanced diet then we remain healthy and no disease
can approach us easily. A balanced diet is one in which all
those nutritious components are present which are needed by our body
to for its proper growth. These components
are proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, salts and iron.
If we include a required quantity of these nutritious
ingredients in our diet daily. Then we can remain fit and fine round the
clock.
Many different diseases due
to malnutrition often surround us. Some of these diseases
are diarrhoea, quick loss of weight, obesity etc. Taking a
balanced diet can control these diseases. Milk is a perfect diet. As it is
of great nutritious value. We can lead a healthy and prosperous
life by taking a balanced diet. It also helps in producing a healthy
society. Healthy people bring prosperity to the country and it is possible only
through balanced diet.
