So, in order to remain fit and fine mentally and physically, we should take light exercise regularly and make it a part of our life.
Exercise strengthens our body parts and it makes them agile and active round the clock. Our diet also becomes the part of our body. It also gives us the energy to work for the whole day. He, who takes exercise regularly, remains fit. On the other hand, A person who is sluggish and does not take exercise, he often remains ill. So, in order to remain hale and healthy mentally and physically, we should take exercise regularly.
