INT. HEBA's HOUSE - DAY

Maryam bursts through Heba's door, a whirlwind of excitement.

MARYAM: (Breathless) Heba! Heba! Can you believe it? Eid is only TWO DAYS AWAY!

Heba, sprawled on the couch with a half-read book, looks up with a smile.

HEBA: I know, right! I feel like I can barely contain myself. My mehndi itch is already starting!

MARYAM: (Gasps) Oh no, mine too! We HAVE to get mehndi done tomorrow. Who should we go to? Aunty Shafiq again?

HEBA: Hmm, maybe. I kind of want to try someone new this year. I saw these amazing floral designs on Instagram...

MARYAM: Ooh, floral would be perfect with your new Eid kurta! Speaking of which, have you finished yours yet? I'm still stuck on the neckline.

HEBA: Don't even get me started on mine! The dupatta keeps getting tangled, and the embroidery is taking forever. Mom keeps telling me to relax, but how can I? Eid shopping, cooking, cleaning... it's all so overwhelming!

MARYAM: I feel you, girl. My house is a disaster zone, and my wallet is already crying for mercy. But you know what makes it all worth it? The Eidi!

HEBA: (Eyes twinkling) Absolutely! Especially from Uncle Rehan. Remember how much he gave us last year? I practically bought half my Eid wardrobe with that!

MARYAM: (Giggles) Don't jinx it! And speaking of family, are you excited for the Eid lunch at your place? My family is doing a potluck this year, so I'm on dessert duty. Any requests?

HEBA: Ooh, how about your famous gulab jamuns? Those things are legendary! And maybe some kheer for good measure.

MARYAM: Deal! But you owe me a henna session in return. My floral skills are rusty.

HEBA: Consider it done! Now, come on, let's get started on that Eid to-do list. We have two days to conquer the world!
