Nomi: Wa’alaikum-us-Salaam!
Aatyph: I am very amazed to see you here as I come here regularly for jogging but I have never seen you here before. Anyways, very nice to see you here in the park.
Nomi: I am advised by the doctor to take exercise regularly in order to remain hale and healthy as I have been suffering from chronic fever for the last two months.
Aatyph: I am very sorry for this. Anyways, tell me what is going on in these days.
Nomi: I am having complete bed rest now-a-days. I shall get on to my work within a few days.
Aatyph: I am perfectly fine but the mounting tension between Pakistan and India really disturbs me. Don’t you think it is disastrous and calamitous for all of us.
Nomi: Certainly, but it is India that started all this extreme disorder and hubbub.
Aatyph: Then was it necessary for us to follow suit or retreat in a situation like this.
Nomi: What else could we do when India began threatening us with her nuclear muscle? It’s not the time to be provoked either by their threat or by their violent action. But we should take precautionary measures in this regard very carefully and wisely.
Aatyph: But dear, if both the countries decide to use these nuclear weapons, what will happen to the people?
Nomi: The people, the poor multitude, are in such wars powder for the guns, target for the bombs, nuclear weapons for the atomic warheads, fuel for the fire etc.
Aatyph: Oh, stop your description, your poison, your grudge, your thorns, your fire…
Nomi: The two nations will suffer hell on earth to tell the truth, cities will vanish, the air will be full of destructive atomic radiations, there will be no fertile lands left to be cultivated and no one will be left to even write the history of the countries.
Aatyph: Then what should be done right now?
Nomi: Nothing for the two countries, but to resolve their disputes, on top of them is Kashmir.
Aatyph: Yes, you are right. In spite of all this, now this awareness has spread between the nations of both the countries that both of them don’t want any kind of war.
Nomi: It is also true. Anyways, I am getting late so I should go now. Allah Hafiz.
