13- DIALOGUE BETWEEN TWO SALES REPRESENTATIVES ON THE TOPIC OF MARKETING.

Bilal: (In the way) Asslam-o-Alaikum!

Arslan: Wa’alaikum-us-Salaam!

Bilal: Buddy, how is your job going on and where are you coming from now?

Arslan: I am coming from Liberty Market.

Bilal: How is your marketing going on?

Arslan: It’s very tough and tedious job but if efforts are honestly put together then it is very lucrative field. It offers very attractive salaries alongwith handsome commission.

Bilal: It’s indubitably productive job but it is also nerve-shattering. It requires full time and forbearance.

Arslan: What do you think that which thing is the most difficult to handle in the field of marketing?

Bilal: In my opinion, nothing is difficult to handle if your product has a standard and reliable.

Arslan: Anyways, tell me that how your job is going on and what is are your other matters of interest?

Bilal: My job is going well. Our firm is very well-renowned and it gives us the target of selling every month and if any of the sales representative achieves the target within time. Then our firm rewards him with monetary and fringe benefits. I have nothing to do except this job as I remain busy from morning till evening.

Arslan: Our firm also has employees benefit schemes and it also rewards its best sales representative with special incentives and complete medical care to all the family.

Bilal: Now, the firms spend more on publicity in order to advertise their products and they also have a very effective and wide spread distribution system.

Arslan: There is one problem in this field and it is the late payment from the customers.

Bilal: Well-said, many clients become reluctant in disbursing their payment and cause problems for the sales reps.

Arslan: But now, the firms are framing such policies which would help them in making their investment safe and secure. It would also help the sales reps to recover the amount.

Bilal: I think that I am getting late for the office as we have a very important meeting today.

Arslan: OK, I also have to go to some client in order to recover the payment now. He will be waiting for me. If I would get late there lest my client should go away from there.

Bilal: I think that you must leave now otherwise you will miss the train. I shall see you again soon.
