Tayyiba: Asslam-o-Alaikum!
Ayesha: Wa’alaikum-us-Salaam!
Tayyiba: How are you, my friend? You are looking quite sad and
downcast today.
Ayesha: I am not feeling well today. My health is the main cause
of disturbance today.
Tayyiba: It shouldn’t be a problem in any case. If we attend to
our health properly, we can’t normally fall ill. It will save not only our time
but also our money.
Ayesha: How can we attend to health in your opinion?
Tayyiba: We should try to be happy and in high spirits and
satisfied first of all. Whatever our engagements, we should try to take
exercise every day for some time at least. We should eat simple but beautiful
food and as much of fruit as possible.
Ayesha: You are right. Whenever I feel low-spirited or feel upset
I begin feeling unwell. And when I leave taking exercise then my health has
gone quite worse. I don’t feel fit and fine the whole day although I always eat
fine and balanced food.
Tayyiba: A busy and hardworking person like you can jump and run
for a few minutes in the morning or can walk long distances fast from one place
to another.
Ayesha: Now I shall try to walk and run whenever I can. Health is
after all the greatest wealth. As you might also heard of all time
famous proverb i.e. “Health is wealth”. Thanks for your advice.
